CAN YOU DO CUSTOM WORK OR COMMISSIONS?

Yes, inquiries are always welcome! If you are looking for a custom poster designed and printed, a specific colored plush monster or anything in between, I can likely help you out. Just send me an email (info@timmonsters.com) of what exactly you’re looking for, and I will do my best to get back to you quickly with any follow up questions I may have for you. From there I will let you know a timeline, or if it’s something that won’t be possible for me to tackle..


WHERE IS MY ORDER?

With the current slow down in mail delivery due to the pandemic, packages will likely be delayed. I will do my best to get any NON pre-order items in the mail within 3 -5 business days (or sometimes less) and provide you with a tracking number (when available). If this is not possible, I will do my best to reach out and give an updated timeline. Once your package has shipped, please be patient as it trickles through the mail system, but if you have any concerns please reach out anytime at info@timmonsters.com.


All posters are shipped in heavy 3” diameter cardboard shipping tubes to ensure safe travels to you. Shirts and other items will be shipped in padded mailer envelopes or boxes depending on the amount that you order. If you order a poster and a shirt, they will be shipped separately to ensure that the poster does not get damaged. In these instances you will receive two separate tracking numbers.

All sales are final. Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis depending on the issue.
